Immigration Physicals

Comprehensive care and guidance for your immigration journey

Immigration physicals are required medical examinations for individuals seeking permanent residence or citizenship in the United States. These exams are conducted by designated Civil Surgeons to ensure applicants meet health-related requirements for immigration.

Designated Civil surgeon/ doctor and our team will work for a week or two after your first visit to complete the 14 page I-693 forms and ensure everything is in perfect order and will give you signed and sealed envelope along with a copy.

Expanded services provided during the immigration physical:

Comprehensive medical examination, including a review and a physical examination of your medical history.

Vaccination assessment:

Ensuring you are up-to-date with required vaccinations per the USCIS guidelines.

Tuberculosis (TB) Screening:

Administering a blood test to check for TB Infection.

Syphilis blood test:

Screening for syphilis as required for applicants 18 years and older.

Gonorrhea test:

Screening for gonorrhea as required for applicants 18 years and older.

Hepatitis screening and vaccination:

Testing for hepatitis as required by USCIS guidelines and administering vaccinations as necessary.

English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese,  Portuguese, Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, Albanian, Punjabi.

Other tests as required by USCIS, depending on the applicant’s age and specific circumstances

 

Important Note:
  • Bring the following immunization record to your initial appointment: MMR, varicella, flu, Covid, Hep A, Hep B, Tdap, Meningococcal, pneumococal.
  • Immunization records are useful but not required.  We can administer vaccine or obtain lab tests per USCIS guidelines.
  • Initial visit fee $400, follow up visit fee $195. These fees are for a review of your medical history and immunization records; a physical and mental evaluation; and completion of I-693 form by certified Civil Surgeons.
  • Vaccine and lab fees are charged separately and may not be covered by your insurance.
